Construction of 2 residential buildings (PPE / LOC) each comprising 16 apartments of 2.5 to 6 rooms. The apartments are spread over 4 levels and duplex apartments enjoy the attic with a gallery and bedrooms. Garages, cellars and technical rooms are in the basement.
Each apartment has a cellar that can be equipped with a washing machine. The layout of the apartments is simple and flexible. The entrance halls are spacious and equipped with large wardrobe for a more functional appearance.
The construction is intended to have a high-quality finish with elite materials and will be executed by local companies selected for their know-how and proximity.

The walls against the ground, the facade walls, as well as those of the stairwell and those between apartments are made of reinforced concrete or with load-bearing cement brick, with dimensions according to anti-seismic standards. The interior partitions are made of plaster tiles with water-proof quality for the bathrooms. The structure of the frame is made of fir wood, made of Swiss quality, treated against all types of attacks in accordance with ecological, environmental and structural standards. A fir paneling will cover the underside of the roof.
The cladding of the facades is made of fir tree, treated and tinted in accordance with the mountain architecture. Windows are reinforced PVC with massive framing made of wood that can accommodate shutters for bedrooms and adjustable blinds for living rooms. This system allows during stays a better management of the light throughout the day while offering a reinforced security to these occupants at night and during absences. The facades of the ground floor residences will be for their part made of stone facing, to offer a nicer aesthetic and a foundation that clearly states the character of the cottages.
The thermal criteria are in accordance with the cantonal requirements and bring pleasant comfort throughout the year. The heating and hot water will be part of a comforting wooden boiler and adhere to the desired ecological and economic concept. Heating distribution in the apartments will be done by the floor thus offering simple comfort and more development possibilities to the owners. For the bathrooms, each apartment except the 2.5 rooms will have a shower as well as a bath always accompanied by a commode and sink.
The kitchens are designed to be able to spend time with your hosts and family while offering a certain intimacy during your culinary events. These can take place around the bar while continuing to chat and share a friendly moment. The kitchens are fully equipped to give you a free rein to your fine gourmet talent. All sides are wooden with a worktop in laminated wood. It is possible to request, to install a granite worktop, modern cabinet faces and even add specialized devices you would need.
All apartments have a telephone connection allowing internet access as well as digital television (subscriptions excluded). This can also be done via the cable TV provided for the entire region by the company Télédis SA. All rooms in the apartments have electrical outlets, light points as well as various controlled outlets offering multiple possibilities of lighting. Access to residences for your hosts is done through an audio intercom with a remote control to the electric main door.
